To be eligible to participate in SBO Euro Fantasy 2024, please ensure you meet all of the following requirements:

1. Participants must have an account on the SBO website. If you don’t have an account, you can register here > Register SBO Account
2. Participants must have an account on the U.E.F.A app > Create Fantasy Team
3. The manager name in U.E.F.A must match your real name.
4. Participants must fill in the required details in this form.
5. Participants must make a minimum total deposit of RM 50 into their SBO account for each Gameweek.
6. Registered participants will receive the league code via PM on your SBO account.

Important Note: (If any of the requirements are not met, the participant will be considered invalid and will not be eligible for prizes from EURO Fantasy)
